Karri is a recognized producer in both the entertainment and event ring. With a career in the corporate and entertainment field that spans over 20 years, she understands the mechanisms required to create shows and events that are recognized as cutting edge. Considered a consummate professional respected by entertainers, suppliers and clients alike, she is known for strategically transforming her client visions into effective event platforms that produce solid ROI results.
In her entertainment portfolio are successful touring productions The Pink Floyd Experience, Bjorn Again, the Abba Experience, and Barrage. As executive producer she has produced shows with William Shatner, Reba McIntyre, Collective Soul, Life House to name a few as well as worked with JAM Theatricals Chicago/New York. Karri has travelled four continents and worked with teams in New York, Los Angeles, London, China, Toronto and Montreal.
Karri’s passion for event production has earned her the mantra reputation of “Don’t tell me how it can’t be done, work with me to find a solution of how it can be done”. For the client this means turning visions into reality.
Karri has also been involved at a board level with numerous Community Non- profit organizations serving programs targeting poverty, young adults with emotional challenges as well as the Youth Singers of Calgary a community based award winning program that is recognized internationally serving 400 youth teaching dance vocals and theatrical training.
Something you may not know about Karri...
Karri was born and raised on a family run tobacco farm in South Western Ontario. She learned early the virtues of hard work including how to drive an old John Deer tractor at eight when her grandfather built wooden extensions on the clutch pedal so she could reach.
Karri loves history, older homes and antiques. She is a seasoned genealogist tracking her family history to the 1600's. She has completed eight home renovations and believes that great masterpieces can be made by recycling and lots of elbow grease.She loves taking something worn and bringing it back to its original luster. An adventurer Karri bought an old cottage in Mexico and totally renovated the property.Single in a foreign country and not knowing the language she became a local legend with contractors creating a new version of Spanglish in sign language (for those that know Karri you are belly laughing)!
Rita is a seasoned and accomplished special event manager & producer who brings an uncompromising standard of excellence to every project. Rita is known for her resourcefulness and meticulous attention to detail in operational planning and event logistics – combining a vision for the possible with sound logic, superior organizational skills and thoughtful execution.
Over her 20 year experience in the special event world Rita has earned the trust and respect of industry colleagues, production managers, suppliers and talent. Her extensive network of personal connections to some of the industry’s best allows her to hand pick a supplier team tailored specifically to suit the unique creative vision and specific objectives for each and every project. She has profound respect for the people she works with – acknowledging and celebrating the skills and particular expertise each individual brings to the mix – and is skilled at motivating and creating the synergies essential in building a strong team that together can accomplish exceptional results.
The flip side of Rita’s very practical nature is a life long love of musical theatre. The opportunity to live & work in 3 different European countries pursuing further linguistic and musical studies only deepened Rita’s conviction that live theatre, music and dance have the power to transport and transform. The journey from performer to vocal coach to talent agent for the corporate market and finally to the world of special events has equipped Rita with the tools & experience to understand the big picture - creating leadership synergy between the creative vision , the execution and the budget for each & every event.

Dixi began her training in the theatre department of Arizona State University, where her talents quickly became recognized with her ability to see the overall picture. Her ability to multi task and display multi talent in execution set her on a path to stage management, as well as direct and tour live theatre productions through a number of seasons. Her career path took her on a ten year adventure in the theatre allowing her to experience not only the reality of production but the complexity required to roll out an exceptional product.
With a keen eye on attention to detail and a creative soul, Dixi is able to execute a creative vision to the finest detail as well as lead a team in complete synergy. She displays a strong work ethic, passion and a "get the job" done attitude that is both refreshing and a necessary skill set in the event world.
Highly proficient in team management and logistics, Dixi is a seasoned event team member.

At every opportunity Dixi jumps on the tractor to avoid women's work. Every summer Dixi helps move 200 head of cattle into the Rocky Mountains from the back of her lovely saddle horse 'Ladybird'...and she makes a lip smacking Saskatoon Mango Jam or so she's told.
